About Us

We are a self-sustained, change-driven initiative created out of the recognition of a need to address the gender imbalance in our society. We aim to create a vibrant community where women and young teens can unite, share experiences, and raise their voices with passion and determination to tilt the scales of justice and hold men accountable.

Our Mission

To empower women and young teens by raising awareness about gender imbalance and advocating for their rights through targeted educational programs, community outreach, and mentorship initiatives.

Our Vision

A world where every woman and girl child feels empowered, safe, and valued, where gender equality is the norm, and the voices of women and young teens are amplified into a culture of respect.

Our Approach

Empowerment is at the heart of what we do: equipping the girl child with tools and confidence, while educating young male minds to foster understanding, respect, and a safer, equitable world for all.

AN INTIMATE
CIF EXPERIENCE

Tea at Cif is our way of slowing down and creating space to connect beyond projects and programmes. Members gather in a warm, semi-casual setting, share meaningful conversations, reflect on our journey, and talk about what's next, together.
